Before the creation of Pack Leader Pet Services, owner Lisa’s previous work experience include numerous years in the banking industry with her last banking job being an Accounting Specialist for one of the Largest Credit Unions in the country.
Lisa’s husband JD also has numerous years of banking experience, with his most recent being a successful Human Resources Manager. Besides JD’s great love for animals, he also has a passion for aviation and as a Private Pilot he is in pursuit of his Commercial Pilot License. JD would like to eventually volunteer his flying skills and help transport pets in need via air transportation.
Before the start of Pack Leader Pet Services, they both put in long hours in the office and longed to be at home with their three dogs Babe, Max and Tyson.
Whenever Lisa and JD went out of town, they had a very difficult time finding a pet sitting company that they could trust to care for their pets. They were looking for someone who was not only responsible and loving, but also someone who was not intimidated by the large sizes and the falsely given bad reputation that their breeds had. At that time, Lisa and JD had a senior black lab, a senior Rottweiler mix and a puppy American Pit Bull Terrier. They did not want to impose on friends and family to care for their pets when they were out of town, but they felt that sometimes that was their best option.
Over the last couple of years Lisa worked part time as a Professional Pet Sitter and both Lisa and JD spent most of their extra time volunteering at the humane society and fostering for two different animal rescues. It was then that they realized their true passion was in caring for pets and that was when Pack Leader Pet Services was born.
Lisa and JD wanted to create a team of professionals that treat all pets as part of the family and provide them with the love and attention that they deserve. All members of this team are completely comfortable and experienced with dogs of any breed, size, or age.
Pack Leader Pet Services is devoted to its pet members and human family, that is why the company provides training to its entire staff in Pet CPR, Pet First Aid, Basic Pet Training and promotes safety and security. Lisa and JD are determined to make Pack Leader Pet Services the industry leader in premium pet care.
Our goal is to provide exceptional loving care for your pets and the most enjoyable experience for them while you are away. Our knowledgeable pet sitters will care for them as though they were family.
We will continually strive to be cutting edge while focusing on creating the most convenient and effortless experience to provide you with the most accommodating service.
My experience with Pack Leader Pet Services was excellent. I had to find a place for my puppy and found a circular advertising the pet sitting service. After meeting and discussing the needs, we settled upon 2 walks a day for my puppy. After being alone in the house we decided to add a walk and that was perfect. My sitter (Lisa) spent time with my 2 cats while there along with feeding all 3 animals. She also scooped the cat boxes. I would highly recommend Pack Leader Pet Services for anyone needing a pet sitting service.

Pack Leader Pet Services is truly the PACK LEADER in at home pet sitting.
I have used pet sitters for the last 2 years and none have come close to them. The staff and sitter at Pack Leader Pet Services have been very loving with our dogs, we have received great help on training them and teaching them manners and just be a great part of our family.
The sitter spends a lot more quality time with them then we pay for and not just on the home visits but also over the phone, when we have questions they are always there to help.
I will recommend them to all my family and friends because I am a very satisfied member of the pack.

Our Experience with Pack Leader Pet Services was one of the greatest we've ever had. Even though I was slightly hesitant about having someone in our home while we were gone, I was more than impressed with the level of professionalism and organization. I never plan to take my dogs to a pet hotel again because I know they were in great hands with a trustworthy and extremely reliable caregiver. It's such a relieving feeling especially when you're trying to enjoy a vacation. She even wrote a lengthy letter about what they had done that week together. It was so cute it brought tears to my eyes like they were my children! (They pretty much are!) She also left a few little gifts that she picked especially for them. I will recommend to all of my friends and family! So impressive!
